WHAT THE OWNERS HAVE LOVED ABOUT THEIR HOME:

From the moment we walked in to this home 6 years ago we were mesmerized by the breathtaking ocean views. We still remember the first morning, waking up to watch the sun rise over Long Reef from our bedroom, and to the fairy lights and St Patricks Cathedral on Manlys Eastern Hill from the night before.
We loved watching the fireworks on New Years Eve. Each different time of day gives a different look and a different feel. There is also a lot to be said for being able to check the surf from your bedroom window!
The house itself has always had a beautiful, welcoming feel. Everyone always seems to gravitate to the extra-large kitchen that we had designed and made especially for our love of cooking and entertaining. We have loved being able to work in the kitchen while watching our children play in the backyard.
We have loved the parents retreat upstairs, with the walk in robe and ensuite, and our 2 children have equally loved having their own bathroom, especially the enormous bath, and huge bedrooms downstairs.
The location has been perfect too, with schools a short walking distance away, shops close buy, and city & local transport nearly at your doorstep. Sunday Nippers at North Curl Curl Beach is only a 4 minute drive.
The most stunning time here has been when the full moon is over the ocean and the moonlight streams across the water. The sight of that is like a picture postcard.
We have truly loved our home and hope another family will enjoy it just as much.
