This has been such a lovely home to live in. With the great spaces it has created everything we wanted and have enjoyed; the beautiful cabana/pool area where we have spent many hours with family and friends 'hanging out'. And the relaxed feel upstairs with views all around the area and to 'Long Reef'.
The location has been so convenient for us, near enough to walk to the beach, close to the Mall, right on the bus to the city yet just around the corner from the local shops, cafe and friendly dog park.
The flexible floor space plus big double bedrooms creates a great opportunity to rent the rooms out to students
We will miss our home but it's come to that time in our lives to 'downsize'.
