WHAT THE OWNERS LOVE ABOUT THEIR HOME AND LOCATION

When we first saw this property nearly 8 years ago, we instantly fell in love with it.

The location is fantastic being only a five minute walk from Narrawallee beach, you can hear the sounds of the ocean as you sit and relax on the undercover deck at night.

One of the biggest things we love about the house is the privacy, we can sit on our deck and we are not looking directly in on any of our neighbours. The covered deck becomes another room and is a great area for family BBQ's. We have had many gatherings where the kids are playing in the backyard and the adults are chilling out up on the deck or down by the pizza oven - it really is a great entertaining house.

Apart from the bedrooms the whole house is tiled throughout which not only looks amazing but is easy to maintain after those trips to the beach.

The downstairs area has a remote control double garage, a large laundry and a huge fully secure under house storage. We used the garage as a workshop and parked our cars underneath the upper deck, which acts as a carport and keeps your cars protected from the weather. The two car garage has built in shelving and plenty of extra space each side.

There is excess parking in front of the garage, and at the top of the driveway. We park our boat in the large space opposite the upper deck and still have space for our two cars.

All of the bedrooms have built-ins. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner in the open plan living area. We found that if you open the front sliding doors you get a lovely sea breeze and we have only used the air conditioner a handful of times over the years to cool the house. The home also has a gas-heating outlet for the colder months.

The area is serene and quiet. The house itself is low maintenance and situated right within walking distance of Narrawallee beach and only a couple of minutes drive to the amazing Narrawallee inlet. The Golf Club courtesy bus picks up right outside the front door for those nights you feel like going out for dinner and some drinks. With only a five minute drive to Mollymook or Milton shops and just 10 minutes into Ulladulla you are close to all the amenities these towns have to offer, including the famous Rick Steins restaurant which is only a five minute drive away.

Narrawallee is a fantastic location offering endless opportunities for outdoor activities. The area abounds in great local foods and quiet atmosphere and is surrounded by amazing unspolit beaches. It is with a heavy heart that we are selling our beloved home and hope whoever buys it loves it as much as we have.
