Constructed in the late 1800s by Mr Edwin Roach and his family. Mr Roach and his family-owned rural property between Narrandera and Hay in the late 1800s early 1900s. Purchased by Sir Samuel McCaughey in 1904 to establish the Murrumbidgee Club. A club established for the social elites of that period. In 1996 the property was purchased by the Broncano family and was restored to what you see today.
