This property was my first home and my first experience in selling property. Initially, when I decided to put my home on the market in November 2017, I had no knowledge of how to pick a good Real Estate Agent or what even defined a good Real Estate Agent. I first decided to go with another local and well-known Agent who priced my home at $740,000 - $760,000. I was disappointed with the valuation although still proceeded to go through with launching the sale. After two months of being on the market I had no serious buyers and a verbal offer of $755,000 which I declined. I realised there was very little effort being put in to sell my property and in January 2018 I ended my Contract Agreement with this agent.

In March 2018 I got in contact with Tanya from United Realty. From day one she outlined the process and procedures she was going to take to ensure I was going to get the maximum potential out of my property. Tanya kept me updated throughout the whole process easing my nerves and making me realise what a successful Real Estate Agent is supposed to be like.
My property launched on the internet on Saturday the 7th of April and the first open home was Saturday the 14th of April. Within a couple of hours, I had an offer of $770,000 which I instantly accepted. The accepted offer was far above my expectations and I could not have asked for a better outcome. Tanya s knowledge of the market and her dedication to do her best by me as a vendor is what made this experience so easy.
I couldn t thank Tanya enough for all that she has done for me. She has worked tirelessly to make sure everything runs smoothly right until settlement. Her professional approach and her great results will ensure I will not go with a different agent again for all future property sales.
