The rear of the property is full fenced with a gate opening up onto the Beachside 9 hole golf course and an easy walk from here to Collers Beach and the Bogey hole. The back yard also has an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach.

Enjoy fishing, diving, stand up paddling and kayaking and snorkelling. This magnificent location is a surfers dream as rare as they come with 3 world class surf breaks right on the doorstep.

If you have a passion in the culinary arts of food and wine the NSW South Coast is well renowned as a foodies destination.
