“Marmong Point is a fantastic ‘secret hideaway’ which we have enjoyed for the past 7 years. Only meters from the lakes edge we quite often drag a kyak through the reserve to the lake and enjoy the walking track from Awaba bay through to Bolton Point. The local residents are fantastic; every year we receive a Christmas cake from one of our neighbours as well as eggs from others! We are very passionate about the area (even had our wedding and reception at Awaba House!) and are moving locally to a larger home to cater for our growing family.”
