The spacious kitchen/dining area features a gas cooktop and oven with electric rangehood, dishwasher, extendable dining table and chairs. In the pantry you will find a fridge/freezer and a bar fridge along with ample shelving and appliances including kettle, toaster, caf-style sandwich maker, espresso coffee maker, coffee plungers and rice cooker.



In the lounge area, sofas and armchairs nestled around a coffee table provide a comfortable space for group gatherings. To keep you entertained when you return from the beach, there's a large flat-screen TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs, CD player and Bluetooth speaker.

There are three generous-sized bedrooms: two with queen beds and the third with one double bed and one single bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, built-in wardrobes and oil heaters for winter, if needed. Two bedrooms open to the covered front balcony while the rear bedroom has a large picture window and a quiet, leafy aspect. There is a second television in the master bedroom.

The bathroom on the first floor was recently renovated and features a luxurious bath and shower with separate toilet. On the ground floor, there is a second bathroom with shower and toilet; laundry facilities (washing machine, dryer) and rear access to the back yard with a convenient covered clothes line.

Drive or walk to nearby cafs and general convenience stores at Bendalong and Cunjurong Point. Bring your own equipment and make use of Manyana's tennis courts, skate park, basketball court and soccer field. Alternatively, the picturesque settlements of Milton, Ulladulla and Sussex Inlet are only 25 mins away by car if you are looking for cinemas, bowling alleys, pubs and clubs. Inland, there are spectacular bushwalks in Morton Bay National Park.
