Rear outdoor area includes a deck with 8 seat dining setting and a good quality gas barbecue for those relaxing alfresco dinners. There's an outdoor shower for rinsing off, and a generous lawned garden that's perfect for the kids to let off steam.

There's an abundance of bird life, including families of black cockatoos which feed in the forest opposite the house. Kangaroos routinely visit the Manyana playing fields, a few minutes walk through the reserve. Here you will find tennis courts (bring own rackets) swings and a skate park.

The garage, with internal access, is available for storing boards and bikes. The driveway fits three cars and there is on-street parking.
