The house is light and airy with polished hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings and bifold doors opening on to a deep entertaining deck.

Tasteful interiors with original art works bring an individual touch to this lovely, spacious holiday home.

The kitchen is modern, clean and fully equipped for cooking. There is a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, bread making machine and slow cooker.

The four bedrooms sleep a total of 8 people, with the master bedroom having a queen bed and en-suite bathroom.

Both queen rooms have a ceiling fan. There are upright fans in the single rooms. All bedrooms windows are equipped with fly screens.

In cooler months there's an Italian pellet stove (pellets supplied) which brings instant warmth and a romantic, real flame glow.

There's a family bathroom with freestanding bath,shower and toilet. A separate laundry houses the top-loading washing machine and has direct access to an outdoor clothes line. There is a dryer in the garage.

Rear outdoor area includes a deck with 8 seat dining setting and a good quality gas barbecue for those relaxing alfresco dinners. There's an outdoor shower for rinsing off, and a generous lawned garden that's perfect for the kids to let off steam.

There's an abundance of bird life, including families of black cockatoos which feed in the forest opposite the house. Kangaroos routinely visit the Manyana playing fields, a few minutes walk through the reserve. Here you will find tennis courts (bring own rackets) swings and a skate park.

The garage, with internal access, is available for storing boards and bikes. The driveway fits three cars and there is on-street parking.
