WHAT THE OWNER LOVES:
- This is a marvelous home! It provided our family a magical combination of being cosy & spacious. We enjoyed the breathtaking views to the horizon, with spectacular sunsets. The high ceilings add a sense of occasion for any social event, especially when the fire was going and guests could nip down to the cellar to select a special bottle of wine.
- The chicken coop and the vegie patch offered a level of self-sufficiency. Our adorable self-contained flat in the garden was perfect for our AirBnB guests. This, combined with the solar panels, offered considerable financial benefits to living in this home.
- It's so close to Manly Dam offering peaceful respite from busy lives. Our boys loved walking to their school from the back gate & the home is also located in the Balgowlah Boys catchment area which is great for growing families wanting close access to great local schools.
