This home would suit a professional couple with or without children, a music teacher or other home education teacher. It is located within 5 mins walk to the primary and high schools and less than 10 mins walk to the shops.

The date of availability is very open, we are thinking sometime early in 2018.
Everything is open to negotiation, $600 per week is our starting point. What is included or not is negotiable.
