Three creeks merge at the northern boundary and some of the cleanest permanent water in NSW then runs through the heart of the property.-- with 2 small wimming holes and a reserve. The area shines in a drought.
2 Ha of scattered clearings then the land rises into trailed steeper wooded hillsides that contain a variety of veteran hardwoods and native flora and fauna.

The property is off grid with basic small older solar power and large older hot water systems. The cabin is a rustic stone and timber structure open and designed as a small lodge.
The cabin is in need of some repair. This includes new gutters to be replaced on the back of the cabin, and some cabinetry and handy-person jobs such as balustrades for the two small lofts and the veranda overlooking the creek. The log timbers show ageing. Gas fridge/ and wood heaters. Flush toilet and shower. Council approved septic.
