The day I inspected this home the morning sun was filtering through the timber doors that open on to the entertaining deck to take in the ocean vista.

It really does for-fill the wish list of so many that I know I won t get to enjoy many open homes here before it is sold.
The owners are proud of their eight year old home only 600 metres to the sand.
But acreage is calling and a new chapter begins.
