Welcome to our beautiful and cosy home, perfect for families looking to enjoy a comfortable stay in a peaceful neighborhood. Our home offers ample space, both indoor and out, with everything you require for a lovely stay.

The space

Living and Dining Areas: Enjoy a bright and airy open-plan living space with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The living room features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and access to the garden. The adjacent dining area is perfect for meals with your family, with a large wooden table that seats six.

Fully-Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is modern and fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, including an oven, stove, fridge, microwave, and all essential cookware and utensils.

Bedrooms:

The master bedroom is a spacious retreat with a queen-sized bed, and an open style closet

The second bedroom features a comfortable double bed with classic wooden furnishings.

The third bedroom is perfect for children with a single bed and a toddler bed (which can be made into a crib if required), with a playful decor and plenty of books.

The fourth room is the perfect playroom for your young ones. There will be plenty of books, toys and games available to enjoy during your stay

Bathroom 1: The house has a clean and modern bathroom with a shower and essential amenities provided.

Laundry/ bathroom: There is a a laundry with a washing machine, along with an over bath shower and toilet.

Outdoor Space:

Step outside to a private backyard with a lush garden, ideal for relaxing or letting the kids play. We have a large trampoline and outdoor furniture to enjoy a drink in the afternoon sun.

Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood, youll be just a short drive/ walk away from Little Bay Beach local shops, cafes, parks, and public transport.

- 7-10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive to Little Bay Beach

- Other beaches within 5-10 minute drive - Yarra Bay, Malabar Beach, Congwong Beach, La Perouse, Maroubra Beach

- 5 minute walk to the local shops which includes Food Works (small grocery shop for essentials), cafe's, pizza, hairdresser, dry-cleaner, dentist & gym

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the garden and outdoor spaces.

House Rules:

- No smoking

- No pets

- No parties or events

- Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM

- No access to the garage

- The internal laundry is located down 5 stairs

- There are 5 steps from the garden to the patio/ paved area
