Last Listing description (July 2016)

11 years ago I was just a parcel of land, now look at me. I can see for miles and miles and my panoramic 180 degrees views across the valley can never be blocked out because of my elevated vantage point. In the summer I catch the cool North-East breezes and throughout the winter I am bathed in brilliant sunshine. My peaceful cul-de-sac position is much sought-after and I am surrounded by just the best neighbours. Not only can I garage both family cars, I also have plenty of extra undercover parking for the caravan/motorhome/boat or trailer. My extensive wrap-around verandah not only provides a fabulous 24/7 outlook it is also excellent for outdoor BBQing and entertaining.
My original owners are retiring and moving on after 11 years and I am going to miss their company. Their loss is your gain! Now that I am on the market for the very first time I doubt that I will be around for very long at all. You can find me at 8 Warrick Place, Lismore Heights and I am seriously listening to all offers between $430,000 and $450,000.
