We are often asked why the Kyogle Road area of Lillian Rock is so sought after, and the answer is simple. Location, Location, LOCATION! Properties in this stretch of road from Wadeville through Lillian Rock and into Mount Burrell are nearly all primarily North facing, and take in an array of jaw-dropping views of the Caldera including the dramatic side of Mount Warning. And because of its volcanic beginnings, the soils are more often than not rich and loamy with abundant springs.
