The Sandpaper is tucked away on a secluded circuit road, with no through traffic. Guests enjoy the privacy of a tranquil bush setting by the beach, yet only a short-drive from all the amenities on offer in the Bateman's bay region. Idyllic bush views from every room, luxuriate in the peace that is on offer. Two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully appointed kitchen, you will feel at home at the Sandpiper.

Unwind in the open-plan family room, alongside the fire and enjoy the many games, books, magazines and DVDs on offer. Enjoy a BBQ on the large sunny deck, and watch the sunrise over the Pacific Ocean. For the little ones, we can offer a porta-cot, high-chair and stair safety gates. There are plenty of children's toys and books available too. Under-ground car parking available for one car, with additional off-street parking available.

The Sandpiper is located on a private road, with a secluded beach located within a short walking distance (300m). Set high on a headland in the bush, you will feel like you are miles from anywhere, while only being a short drive from Batemans Bay or Moruya. Cafes and coffee shops located nearby in Lilli Pilli, Malua Bay, and Surf Beach. Access the various bush-walks nearby, or hop in the car to access the many treasures on offer in the nearby region: Mogo Zoo, Bateman's Bay Heritage Museum, the Mill Bay Boardwalk, the Eurobodalla Regional Botanic Gardens, or the renowned Birdland Animal Park.
