Comment From The Architect

Alterations were made to better utilise floor area, expanding the living spaces to maximise access to Northern light and allowing for an unobstructed connection to the kitchen, in which tones and textures were kept subtle to elegantly frame the apartment's harbour views. Additionally, particular attention was paid to planning the apartment's Eastern end, taking advantage of generous light & ventilation and introducing a spacious master suite.
