The design brief, from advertising mogul John Singleton, was to create an iconic beach house on one of the Central Coast's most beautiful beaches. The result is quite simply breathtaking. Designed by critically acclaimed local architect Karen Burke and Master-built by Matt Blair, this stunning beachfront residence offers luxury living at its very best.

The wide open plan living areas and undercover front balcony enjoy sweeping vistas of Killcare beach and the Pacific Ocean. Skillion roof-lines and extensive glazing frame the dramatic sandstone cliffs of the adjoining National Park. The house interiors have been designed by Chrissie Jeffrey to capture the essence of the quintessential Australian beachside holiday home.

On the upper level, the master suite comprises a study, dressing room, bathroom and private deck, overlooking a small waterfall and landscaped bushland. Stairs lead to a private observation deck, where you can sit with a glass of wine and watch the sunset. On the lower level there a two more king sized bedrooms, both with views of the beach and one with an ensuite, as well as a teenager's retreat with four bunk beds and a separately contained living area or media room. Set apart from the main residence is an additional one-bedroom cabin with bathroom, kitchenette, living area and sandstone courtyard.
