This is one that every family looking to move to Killarney Heights will want to see!

Located on 809sqm at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this flat block is just a short, level stroll to the Killarney Shops and schools, with bus transport just around the corner.
The front lounge room is large, with bay windows looking out to a covered entry terrace and the private front garden. There are four bedrooms, each with built-ins and the master suite including a walk-through robe and ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms share a large family bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The modern kitchen features stone benchtops, a central island and plenty of space for a breakfast table, with large double doors opening to the private rear garden, where a retractable awning provides more shaded entertaining space and the large pool is bordered by a casual lounge area. There is plenty of outdoor space that currently houses a storage shed and utility area, but could easily be opened up to combine with the front gardens and create a great play space for kids.
The path next to the property leads to a community park with new play equipment and lots of space for kids (and adults) to run around and play!
The home features a back-to-base alarm system, large laundry off the kitchen and solid brick construction throughout.
NBN already installed into the house, Foxtel available.
The owner's son says:
'Mum and Dad bought it in approx 1971/1972, pretty much well just after the whole suburb was developed... they bought it with 3 young children in tow as a safe, family friendly suburb that the kids could play outside, we had countless games of hopscotch in the cul-de-sac and we learnt everything from riding bikes to skateboarding and everything in between. We all went to the local school in varying ages and it was and still is the ideal location to raise a family, close to the beaches and the city but nice and quiet with no through traffic.
Mum and Dad put in a swimming pool and endless summers were spent in it as well as birthday parties. The pool was resurfaced 3 years ago.
It has plenty of sun spots in the backyard perfect for year around entertaining. There is storage upstairs in the roof, the garage is a double garage + room in the driveway.
The house has been our home for 46 years and is now time to help raise a new young family so they can enjoy it as much as we have and create their own memories.'
