Last Listing description (August 2020)

Kooroora is a broadacre cropping, irrigation and mixed livestock enterprise strategically located in the heart of the renowned Gilgandra, Collie and Trangie districts of west NSW. Kooroora is an aggregation of four contiguous properties with a combined land size of 3,182* hectares of which 93%* is considered arable.

The cropping enterprise currently consists of 3,000ha* of cropping with an additional 48ha* under two centre pivot irrigators. The soils types over the aggregation range from red, brown to grey loams with an average dryland wheat yield of approximately 2.9t/ha.

The owners have just completed the construction of an 800ML* storage reservoir with plans for a further three centre pivots and irrigation development. The reservoir is filled via licensed bores on the property.

One of the strong features of Kooroora is its location and long access to the Milpulling and the Kickabil Creeks with other natural watercourses running through the aggregation.
