We are looking for a responsible, quiet living and a trustworthy single person or couple to rent the flat. We could look into the suitability of children or pets.

1) Rental Term - minimum rental term is 3 months, with 30 days notice if you want to end the tenancy

2) Rental Payment - rent must be paid in advance, happy to discuss whether monthly or weekly payments work best for you.

3) Bond - the bond is $1500, we will give a receipt for this, and it will be returned at the end of the tenancy unless it's required to cover the following charges:-

the reasonable cost of:
