Hastings Point is arguably the crown jewel of the Tweed Coast. They film whales here, they film movies here and thankfully they don't film too much surfing here or it would lose some of the character that makes this sleepy seaside town so peaceful for its locals. Which helps support my claim that Hastings Point is surely one of, if not the most tightly held community on the North Coast.
