The art deco faade is very unusual and eye catching. Construction is rendered cement, fibro and boards. The yard with rear lane entrance is fully fenced and presents nicely kerbside. There is a paved courtyard to the side and good sized back yard with a red brick building housing a second toilet (ideal for outdoor entertaining) and storage space.
There have been some improvements over the years internally, the most obvious being the addition of a wrap around kitchen with gas (natural) hotplates, electric oven and dishwasher.
