COVID-19 INSPECTION POLICY:
During these uncertain times with Covid-19, CSBM Real Estate staff will NOT be still conducting Open Home Inspections. We will conduct Private Inspections when possible. Our staff will do everything they can to make people feel safe to attend Private Inspections. We are keeping in mind the safety of our prospective purchasers, our home owners as it is important to keep their home safe and our staff as well.

We do ask that if you are from within the Greater Sydney, Blue Mountains, Wollongong and the Central Coast please don't attend. If you have returned from ANYWHERE OVERSEAS within the last 2-3 weeks, also please don't attend. Please don't attend if you are feeling unwell, showing any cold/flu symptoms or are in self isolation.

You MUST attend with a face mask to inspect the property inside and only one person is to inspect the property at a time. You MUST comply with the public health orders regarding leaving home and the ability to travel to the inspection. From Saturday the 21/08/2021 you will need to apply for a Permit to travel to view real estate if you're traveling outside of your Local Government Area. Hand Sanitiser will be provided at every Open Home and we ask that you don't touch light switches or open drawers/cupboards/doors. If you would like to see inside a cupboard or closed door, please ask a member of staff to assist you.
