The cabin is cute and cosy and was built in the early 70s. It has a covered deck at one end which looks down to the flat orchard paddock next to the river. Downstairs is a lounge room, kitchen/meals, bathroom and bedroom. Upstairs there's a loft-style open area used as extra sleeping space. The cabin is air-conditioned and has a slow combustion wood fire plus there's also an air-conditioner in the main bedroom. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. In addition to this there is also an outdoor shower and spa bath overlooking the river which are well used and a great spot to relax at the end of the day.

The property is divided into 3 main paddocks and comes with a set of cattle yards and crush near the cabin. There's a 3 bay machinery shed near the cabin. Water is pumped from the river to a tank on the hill above the house where it is gravity-fed back to the house and machinery shed. There's also a second tank down at the machinery shed. The orchard has a variety of fruit and nut trees including pecan, walnut, lime, lemon, orange, apple, pear, fig, apricot, plum, peach, almond, olive and grapes.
