Bedrooms 1 and 2, along with the bathroom, are located along the hallway from the lounge room, providing both privacy and convenience. Meanwhile, the third bedroom, situated across from the kitchen, offers direct access to the backyard and a delightful patio area.

Outside
Step outside onto the patio, where a large dining table invites you to share meals al fresco, complemented by the soothing ambiance of Swan Lake. An outdoor shower, sun chairs, and a barbecue enhance the outdoor experience, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and entertainment.

While Sunset on Swan Lake offers a serene escape, it's just a short minutesrsquo; drive from the stunning beaches that surround Cudmirrah. Here, you can explore beautiful beaches, indulge in local cuisine, and experience the vibrant coastal lifestyle.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus drivers licence amp; credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and card details are destroyed within two weeks.
