On the backing paddock is a double car shed with carport attached - to store machinery or turn into the man cave? For us it has been a teen retreat for bonfire nights and movie nights away from the parents for our 15yr old!
On top of the gararge are 6 solar pannels that feed to the house and a spare water tank so you can be sure to never run out of water! (We haven't ever had to purchase water with a family of 6!)
The land itsself includes 2 dams and a cattle run for any budding hobby farmers out there.
A little about our little town -
Coomba Park and environs, with a population of about 860 which comprises Coomba Park village, Coomba Bay, Shallow Bay and Whoota and is situated on the southern shores of Wallis Lake with rural aspects and beaches nearby. It provides a quiet and slower paced lifestyle whilst still being in reasonable driving
distance to cities such as Port Macquarie, Newcastle and Sydney and the services they offer.
The Coomba district has a mixed population of retirees, people on small rural holdings and a village of some 470 residents.
The affordability of property is attractive to all ages and socio-economic groups, retirees and young families alike.
Coomba is increasingly popular as a tourist holiday destination while about 14% of houses in the village provide affordable, more permanent rental accommodation to a small number of permanent residents.
So why would we well our piece of paradise?
Our family has out grown the house with us expanding to four children. Our eldest is in high school attending boarsing school in Sydney and we wish to buy a home big enough for our family somewhere closer to Sydney
And closer to our teen daughter who is following her dreams.
