I am a well-established butcher shop, with owner's residence, in a small rural town on the Barwon River in North Western NSW. Everything needed for my business is excellently maintained, in working order and included in my owner's asking price. I am renowned throughout the district for the quality of the meat and the smoked products that my owner prepares and sells. My well maintained 3-bedroom house is separate to my shop, just to the back of my block. My master bedroom has an ensuite and built-in robe. I have reverse-cycle air-conditioning in my open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area which will service the rest of the house. My large outdoor, paved entertainment area, with built in BBQ and fire place, is fantastic for parties and relaxing. Opening onto this area, is my large utility room which can be used as a second living space, function room or 4th bedroom. Access to the house is either by the back lane or main street. I also have a 3-car lockable carport at the side of the shop.
