Location:
The property is located within the Coleambally Irrigation Co-operative Limited (CICL) irrigation district in the Riverina region of South Western New South Wales. The property is approximately 25 kilometres East of Coleambally

The Region:
The Coleambally area is highly regarded for its irrigated agriculture industry. Commodities including rice, corn, soybeans, cotton, wheat, barley, oats, oil seeds, various legumes, fruit, vegetables, poultry, beef, lamb and wool are produced.
