The downstairs bathroom also contains the laundry and washing facilities. The kitchen is well equipped, with a quality oven, microwave and large fridge/freezer (although no dishwasher).
SeaScape has two separate living spaces, one upstairs, one down stairs, each furnished with sofas, chairs, radio/CD player TV, and DVD player. The backyard is large and fenced. SeaScape also has a large wrap around balcony and outdoor table setting with Gas BBQ and umbrella overlooking the reserve opposite.
There is a local shop (including Bottle Shop, petrol station) about a 2-minute walk away which has basic groceries, as well as DVDs, fishing gear, bait, Post Office facilities, ice creams etc. There is also a newsagency and takeaway in Broulee and for a more formal meal the Tomakin Sports and Social Club offers a wide variety of dishes catering for all tastes including Seafood, Vegetarian and Pasta meals while offering a kids club.
