We have loved living in our apartment. The extra outside living area has been amazing. It has been great for entertaining and as it is undercover it has felt like another huge room.
The sliding Louvers keep the heat out in the hot summer months and allow the apartment to stay warm in the colder months. The garden right on the Loggia creates a sense of tranquillity and beautiful bird songs.
The apartment itself has been easy to live in. Modern, stylish and the generous proportions of all the rooms has provided a great feeling of space. The floating timber floors throughout the whole apartment has provided easy care living. There is lots of storage in the apartment and the 2 sheds in the security parking has been ideal for the stuff that is too good to throw away.
There is a very friendly group of people living in the complex of various ages, family dynamics and different age groups. The gated community complex creates a really safe feeling.
The pool is fabulous for fitness and for children s entertainment. There are large grassed open spaces surrounding the complex with established gardens.
There is a great executive committee that look after the complex and help with people s concerns. The residents also organise community days, Halloween for the kids, Christmas party and Friday night drinks on the commons. This is not your standard apartment complex!
