The weekend traffic to the coast ensures the local businesses and eateries are interesting and we are well catered for with tradies, a good IGA supermarket, bank, post office, 2 petrol stations and 2 rural stores. Add in cafes, restaurants, clothes and antique shops, not to mention 2 excellent bakeries and you rarely have to leave (mostly we don't want to).
Where else could you have all this for less than $300,000 - the unit has been rented out and can easily be rented again if you want it as an investment.
