It offers open spaces that flow into each other with double glazed doors.
From cosy living/ dining to open sunny kitchen and sun room, it is surrounded on 3 sides with wide verandahs.
The entertainment area offers views of rolling hills and grazing cattle, through the green leafy surrounds of the gardens offering plentiful flowers, fruit and vegetables from the rich soil.
The frogs sing from the water course the year round, birds visit the garden and trees whose autumn colours are gorgeous. There is always sun or shade to sit in, from the wisteria bowen to the studio.
The stone walls promote a quiet atmosphere inside and provide a sense of history, as does the whole town.
Repairs & Renovations
All areas of the house have been repaired or enhanced with original features retained or replicated. Fireplace surrounds, pressed tin ceiling in the front bedroom, timber supports for upper storey retrieved from the old Nerriga Bridge. The open airy attic affords plenty of space for any activity, finished with toilet and basin for guests.
Out buildings
All boundary fences are sound and the house yard has footing wire all around.
The studio is light and airy with electricity and water and can provide extra accommodation.
The historic shed is water tight and spacious
The carport also extends into the clothesline and support for mature vines
