Last Listing description (February 2020)

Utopia is an architecturally designed home in exclusive North Bendalong, only 5 houses from Flat Rock and Dee Beach and surrounded by Conjola National Park. Available for the first time in October 2015.

Named after the region where the large Aboriginal painting that dominates the main pavilion originates, Utopia is set amongst a lush native garden and is tastefully furnished, with contemporary original artworks throughout.

The main pavilion consists of two bedrooms, open plan area, large bathroom and indoor laundry. The huge open plan area houses a lounge, ten-seater dining table and a fully equipped modern kitchen with quality appliances. The bookshelves are stacked with board games, jigsaws, books and DVDs to suit all ages.

The large external deck between the pavilions is covered by a shade sail and contains an outdoor dining suite, bean bags, chairs and gas BBQ ideal for entertaining or just relaxing.

The guest pavilion consists of another 2 bedrooms with separate bathroom access. It is perfect for children or a second family as it ensures privacy from the main pavilion.

Feed the birds from the back deck or watch the kangaroos on the front lawn. If you want to venture further afield, you can mountain bike or walk thorough Conjola National Park or visit one of the four beaches, all within walking distance. Surfers can visit the many well-known surf breaks in Manyana and Bendalong, including the famous Green Island. Day trippers can hike to the top of Pigeon House Mountain or visit the many galleries, cafes and bookshops in Milton.

Everything is provided at Utopia to ensure a perfect, relaxing holiday: linen, bath towels, beach towels - all you have to take is food, drink and sunscreen!
