Become one with nature at the other end of the property with a secluded fire pit area, sitting right below the property's 40 foot high beautiful She Oak trees.

Parties/functions/ gatherings: The property is surrounded by permanent residents. No bachelor or hen parties or schoolies allowed. Guests who do not respect the property or the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond.
