The FARM:
Ex dairy country , with17megaliters irrigation licence, the river flats are deep alluvial soils and highly fertile. The farm manager lives locally and has considerable skill in managing the pastures, including more intensive cropping on the river flats and managing the stock.
Currently running cattle, but very suited to horses, Herzlton is an exceptional farm of a size that gives enough space for productivity without being on a larger scale.
