Dear Future Owners,

Sometimes it's hard to know what makes a home special, so we thought we'd tell you a few of the things we love about this home and why we loved living in Alfords Point.

The area has such a wonderful community feel with excellent schools and parks just a short walk away, the neighborhood is so friendly and has lots of secret little bush walks to explore it feels like we are away from it all.

I love being set up so high and looking out at the beautiful views all the way across to the mountains from the front bedrooms and porch, and the sparkle of all the lights in the distance of an evening.

We have had many amazing memories entertaining with friends and family in the backyard and family rooms all year round, it has felt like our very own private paradise right here in Alfords Point.

We hope your children can enjoy learning to swim in the pool as much as ours did. It's the perfect cool escape from the summer heat.

We would love to welcome you to 26 Coachwood Crescent, Alfords Point...

Warm Regards,
