The main piece is located in the living room, it is 4m high, flush with the walls and with LED lighting on the back, a first in Australia. Tommy has installed six other customised pieces throughout the house. High ceiling on the living room, master bedroom and ensuite. Timber slats with recycled spotted gum on ensuite and coats room. Spotted gum timber on bedrooms. Burnished concrete on the common areas. Ensuite with a natural stone wall. Stone bath in the bathroom. All black tapware. Composite timber feature wall across the house. Square set cornices, no architraves, hidden skirting boards (flush with the walls). Facade with premium finishes:alucobond, biowood and millboard. Functionality Low maintenance landscape with fire pit. Earthquake speakers providing surround sound on the living room, master bedroom and ensuite. Design kitchen with top of range SMEG steam oven (yes! cook with the steam), pyrolytic oven (self cleaning) and warming drawer (keep dishes warm). Outdoor cinema. Butler's pantry with plenty of space, extra sink, dishwasher and wine fridge space. Dekton benchtop by Spanish brand Consentino. The benchtop withstands high temperatures without burning, scorching or cracking. Hot Pots and Appliances like Crock Pots can be placed directly on the surface with no worry of damage. It is the most scratch resistant surface in on the market Also, it is completely Stain Proof. Even the most stubborn stains like wine, coffee, markers and rust can easily be removed from the surface.
