A Small IGA is a 5 minute walk away, Gungahlin town centre is a 5 minute drive.$170 per week, not including bills.About us: We are a couple in our mid-20s, friendly, clean and respectful. I am a public servant and my partner is a teacher. We both grew up around Canberra and love it to bits. We like to play board games, bake, watch Netflix, and we both play video games. I like to keep fit, but I also love eating chocolate! We are slowly renovating the house, nothing serious - just fresh paint and making it more modern.About you: We're looking for the right people to join our home: honest, friendly, easy going, who might like board games and generally hanging out.
