A WORD FROM OUR SELLERS;
"Thanks for stopping by to check out our home. We hope it can create as many memories for you as it did for us.
It is with a heavy heart that we write this, our home has given us so many memories over the years we have lived here, but now is the time to say goodbye and begin a new chapter in our lives. We built the home and moved in in 1991.
We have raised 2 children and 3 grandchildren at 26 Sentry Cres, and we can still hear children laughing and running through the rooms years after they have moved out and created their own lives.
Our home is set in a quiet street with an abundance of off-street parking, the local shops only a short stroll away where the takeaway is great. The chips, I would have to say, are some of the best in Canberra, so crispy and tasty, especially with extra chicken salt! Gungahlin Market place is also close by for those bigger shops and both schools are within a short walking distance.
As a family, we tried to narrow down our best memories of our home, but one thing we all agreed on was how fondly we remember us all sitting around the outdoor setting under the huge pergola with the BBQ going. Talking about our busy weeks with work and just life in general, the sun streaming in warming us all whilst we all relax with a few drinks watching the kids playing on the grass, nothing is quite so special.
We enjoyed pottering in the garden in Spring and Summer and really loved seeing all the flowering plants, so this is a great home for those that have a green thumb.
We hope you take the time to come and walk through our home, we think it is great, and we know that whoever decides to buy this home would have the opportunity to create as many memories as we have been able to over the years."
