A word from our seller:
I'm going to miss all the convenience that this beautiful home offers. It's super close to the Gungahlin light rail, shops, restaurants and cafes, about a 10 minute walk, and with the golf club just 5 minutes away and a bus stop right around the corner, we never had any issues getting anywhere or keeping ourselves occupied. The large entryway always felt a bit grand, and our guests always enjoyed this as well as the deck. The courtyard is quite large and with the doggy door that's already been installed, this place is exceptionally dog friendly. With the two separate living areas, there was always space to have some much needed alone time, and the updated kitchen has plenty of bench space for people who like to cook. Our bathrooms are upstairs, so the separate toilet downstairs is a godsend. You don't need to run upstairs every time you need to use the bathroom and the separate toilet upstairs meant that you really never had to wait to go. The neighbours are lovely and quiet, we've never had any issues here.
