A MESSAGE FROM THE OWNERS

Our family have loved this home for the past seventeen years. We raised our two children here and saw them into their adult lives and then head off on their own life adventures.

We have loved living in Macarthur, which is a quiet, family-friendly suburb. Surrounded by friendly neighbours and at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, friends and family visiting us have always been surprised by how spacious our home has been and how large the backyard is, despite seemingly deceived by the front of the property. With plentiful paths and park area nearby to walk our dogs, and the great views of the nearby hills, living in Macarthur has been a total delight.

Our favourite room in the house has to be the formal lounge with the large 'floor to cathedral ceiling' bookshelf and moving ladder. There is nothing better in winter than to sit in here in your favourite chair, reading a book with a wine in hand and surrounded by your book collection. The ability to enjoy the rumpus room or art studio/office space has only been bettered by spending some time in the bath in the main bathroom.

We are sure that whoever purchases this magnificent home after us will love it as much as we have.
