VIEWS, VALUE AND VARIETY!
Set high in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the delightful nature trails of Isaacs Ridge, this beautiful home is rich in both the small and large details that make a house so valuable.
Sitting on approximately 977.4 m2, the double storey, five bedroom, two bathroom plus ensuite home takes full advantage of the superlative, sweeping views to the Brindabellas and Mount Taylor. You'll be captivated by its spaciousness and light as soon as you step through the double front doors into the wide, slate-floored entrance where views of the distant hills will immediately grab your attention.

The charming entranceway leads to the sunken, spacious, carpeted formal lounge and dining areas with sliding doors that open to the wide, timber deck running along the rear of the house, outlining the magnificent view and allowing a wonderful indoor/outdoor flow.
Perfect for families and entertaining, the thoughtfully designed, neutral-toned kitchen sits between the formal dining and family areas and can be accessed from the entrance hallway (where double bi-fold doors permit screening), the formal dining or family areas.
Rich in small details, the kitchen comes complete with gas cook top with 5 burners, Chef electric oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, food disposal unit, extractor fan, plenty of cupboard and bench space and views to make you forget the dishes, while the convenient laundry shoot hidden in the hall cupboard is perfect for the used table linen. The light-filled family room features a huge cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan and skylights that let in the morning sun while the afternoon sun is kept at bay by the large, exterior awning blinds that line the side window and rear deck, accessed through sliding doors. The deck is ideal for entertaining or just enjoying the view and nature's daily swan song - the sunset.
The segregated, spacious master bedroom enjoys a large ensuite with full size spa and double basins, a generous walk-in wardrobe and access to its own separate deck - a wonderful spot for a quiet nightcap while watching the stars. The main bathroom also features plenty of space and a spa bath and there is a separate toilet.
Bedrooms two and three capture the morning sun, are spacious and have built-in wardrobes while bedroom five/study enjoys a feature window that lets in the morning light and views of the pretty front garden.
Bedroom four is situated downstairs, adjacent to the large, carpeted rumpus room and features its own built-in robe and ensuite, providing a teenager's retreat, playroom, guest accommodation or home office.
The laundry is sensibly located next to the rumpus room with external access to the rear garden and features large cupboards and double laundry sink.
Practical as well as pretty, the back garden is terraced, with gorgeous shrubs; a screen of Pittosporums hiding the roof tops below and a magnificent Weeping Cherry tree looking beautiful from both the deck above and the garden below. There is also a fully automated, zoned watering system throughout the low maintenance gardens.
With a three car garage with automatic doors, a roller door to the rear and internal access as well as a large walk-in area perfect for storage or a wine cellar underneath the house, this elegant, comfortable, well-equipped and beautifully presented executive home provides versatility, value and views for the next lucky family to enjoy.
OWNERS COMMENT
Our family has loved the large amount of space this house provides.
The enormous downstairs rumpus room, with two way bathroom linking to the fourth bedroom, provided great play space for our young children and is now separate teenage accommodation.
Large bedrooms with walk-in robes, and three bathrooms in a household with three women, has meant blissful living!
The back deck has expansive views to Mt Taylor and the Brindabellas and we enjoy many outdoor meals with this backdrop.
The forest at the end of our quiet cul-de-sac has provided many opportunities for walking and biking. Southlands Shopping Centre is close and boasts Brunos, the Italian Patisserie, Tuttos Italian Deli, the soon to be completed mega Woolworths and Asian and Middle Eastern grocers - to name just a few of the wonderful shops we support.
We will sincerely miss our great neighbours.
