Eligibility is strictly income dependent. The total income of the all tenants of an NRAS rental property is used to calculate the overall household income for that property.
Eligibility
You may be eligible if you can prove that over the past 12 months you have received an income between $30,000 and $47,904 (as a single) or $66,228 (as a couple), and the weekly cost of rent does not exceed more than 30% of your weekly household income.

Please note:
- Minimum 12 month lease
- The building is only suitable for tenants over the age of 18 years
- The one bedroom units can only be leased to single tenants or couples. Unfortunately the site does not accommodate groups or families with children onsite.
- Strictly NO pets are allowed
- Applicants require Australian citizenship or have been granted permanent residency
- Secure undercover parking is available for an additional $20/week

Complete and check it thoroughly. Return the form via email or in person onsite with ALL supporting documents as outlined.
These supporting documents include proof of income for all household members over the past 12 months, proof of identity via photo ID license or passport, 12 months worth of bank statements to prove your current assets and a copy of a Residential Tenancy Agreement or three (3) detailed rent receipts with Landlords full name, address and phone number.
