WHAT THE SELLERS LOVE ABOUT THE HOME

1. Very quiet. Private driveway in front and a path behind, with no roads close to the property. You couldn't hear the neighbors, only smell their delicious food cooking.
2. Large windows with plenty of light. The balcony gets sun all day during the winter and morning sun in the summer.
3. Plenty of storage space. We used the end of the garage to store our bikes and we also had our bike trainer there with a full-sized dresser and TV without impeding the space for the two cars.
4. Double glazing keeps the property cool in summer and warm in winter. We never needed our heavy doona!
5. Extra car space under the balcony, never had to look for visitor parking for guests, they could park right by the door.
