A WORD FROM OUR SELLER;
"As a home we built for ourselves, there are going to be so many things we miss. They say that the Kitchen is the heart of the home, and for us, it definitely is. We made it much bigger than the original plan intended, and we truly do gather as a family around the kitchen bench. There is plenty of room and having the deck act as an extension of the space makes for easy entertaining! The gardens are something that we're also super proud of. Every corner of the block has something to enjoy. We felt that the garden had a combination and perfect balance of work to enjoy maintaining and not having too much to do that you can't sit back and enjoy it. Particularly awesome for the summer, we're going to miss the pool! It's an absolute oasis. Being in the pool area makes you feel like you're somewhere else. With the heating as well, we can get the most out of it, using it almost all year round. Living in a city means that you don't often get the nicest outlook from your home, but the views from the deck and upstairs main bedroom retreat are amazing. Sitting up in our retreat space, just us and completely undisturbed while taking in the views is a truly special experience, especially after a long day. The amount of stuff that we could store in this house is something we're really going to miss. Having kids, it always seems like you need more space for just everything but we never found ourselves running short. The location here is super convenient as well, having the various walks and parks close by, with two young ones a walk is never the same and the ability to choose between parks and different nature walks including one tree hill that you can see from the doorstep. The many memories of birthdays, Christmas, Easter, Australia days and just the neighbours gathering to enjoy a nice day while the kids play in the pool are things we're excited to take with us, and we hope a new family can create just as meaningful memories as we have here!"
