Last Listing description (November 2024)

A WORD FROM OUR SELLER;
"We originally chose our townhouse in Bonython because it was so convenient-being within walking distance to Tuggeranong Town Centre made shopping and getting to work a breeze. Now, as we prepare to move interstate, it's bittersweet to leave behind the quiet, peaceful neighborhood that's been our home.

One of the things we'll miss most is the incredible access to outdoor spaces. From strolling around Stranger Pond to biking by Lake Tuggeranong or heading out to Pine Island along the Murrumbidgee River, it's been amazing having so many beautiful spots nearby for walks and weekend outings.

Bonython has been the perfect mix of convenience and community for us. The well-maintained parks and walking trails have been wonderful, especially for families and anyone who loves the outdoors. Daily life is made so much easier with schools, shops, and public transport just around the corner. And the townhouse's low-maintenance lifestyle has really allowed us to enjoy more of our time here, without the worry of constant upkeep.

As we move on to the next chapter of our lives, we know that this peaceful, welcoming suburb will be just as perfect for its next owners-whether young professionals, families, or anyone looking for a relaxed and friendly place to call home."
