Incredibly original and meticulously preserved, the inside of the house is a series of stepped and interlocking geometric spaces with large windows visually connecting the home with the surrounding native garden. The living space and kitchen is expansive and extends the full width of the house, linked by glass walls to the private terrace to the east. The terrace itself is a key feature, cleverly positioned to screen rooftops of neighbouring homes and frame views of the surrounding treetops and Black Mountain.
