A word from our sellers:
"We are sad to have to say goodbye to 56 Buckingham Street as it was our first family home, where the kids spent the early years of their lives. With every bit of laughter and with every tear, this home holds a connection with us as we move to the next phase of our lives. We take with us those memories and leave a home for the next lucky owners to create their own memories.
With the short walks to Yerrabi pond with our dog, and kids on scooters and bikes (which would usually end in us carrying them, and the kids being exhausted and piled in the pram) to watch the ducks and swans, and as the years went by, to the equally short walk up to the wonderful school. With so many amazing eateries and restaurants in the area, we would often walk to Stonehouse in Amaroo, and Frankies in Forde, for the great 'chip off', it was always hotly debated who had the best chips with never a clear winner!
Being able to utilise the kitchen and family room that overlooked the backyard, we loved being able to watch our kids having fun on the trampoline and swings, or playing with the dogs. Some of the funniest moments were seeing them feed the dogs from the peach and nectarine trees!
So as our family has grown, we now say goodbye to 56 Buckingham street for a larger family home in the same area as we have grown to appreciate the location. And to finally settle the great 'chip off' debate!"
